My Credit/Debit Card keeps getting declined. Why?

There can be a few different reasons why a Credit/Debit card may be rejected by our payment processor.

The first thing to note is we have absolutely no control which cards are accepted.   This is all decided by our payment processors (Stripe & PayPal).

Here are cards we know will not work with our Credit Card payment system:

• Discover Cards
• Prepaid Credit Cards
• Debit Cards issued by employers

In most cases the easiest solution is to try another card or use PayPal.  They will generally accept cards that our other system will not.
